c. 1990s Ivory Rosette Off Shoulder Bridal Dress
A 1990s ivory bridal dress with a wide off-the-shoulder neckline wrapped in oversized rosettes, long fitted sleeves and a full midi skirt.
The rosettes are softly folded from the same textured, silk-like fabric as the gown, sitting generously around the shoulders and continuing all the way across the back. The rest is beautifully simple, fitted through the bodice and waist before opening into a full skirt, with layers of tulle underneath giving it that gorgeous rounded shape.
There is such a lovely contrast between the scale of the rosettes and the simplicity of everything else. Bare shoulders, a tiny waist and all that volume through the skirt. Romantic, a little dramatic and unmistakably 90s.
